Needham, MA – North Hill has hired Janice Masi as Executive Director of a new “Home and Community Based Services” (HCBS) division. Masi comes to North Hill [www.NorthHill.org], Massachusetts’ leading senior community, with two decades of experience in healthcare operations.
“We are thrilled to have someone of Janice Masi’s caliber join us to implement and expand North Hill’s new Home and Community Based Services,” said Kevin Burke, North Hill CEO. “Janice’s proven track record in connecting elders to meaningful opportunities is an excellent match for North Hill’s philosophy and mission.”

“North Hill’s Home and Community Based Services allows me to blend my passion for developing communities of care with the highest standards of business excellence,” said Masi. “I am excited to play a part in providing innovative solutions to a wider audience, solutions that reflect the North Hill values of outstanding service, excellence and respect for the whole person.”
